Mr. Conklin has been trusted to maximize value for clients in the sale of over $1.2bn worth of multifamily real estate assets to date, and with a 9 figure 2021 on the horizon.

Beginning his career at a large regional brokerage, he was afforded the unique opportunity to plan and execute on full-scale national mass marketing programs. The next 4 years included transacting exclusively in an off-market capacity –  on existing multifamily product and development sites – which has resulted in Mr. Conklin having significant experience on both sides of the sales process. Typical investor profiles range from REITs, to family offices from both east and west coasts, to Chinese sovereign wealth funds, to private individuals.

Mr. Conklin holds a BBA in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin’s #1 ranked undergraduate program, as well as an MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins’ Carey School of Business.

In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, borrowing friends’ dogs to go rollerblading, and writing bios about himself in third person.
