Bill has had a career in Real Estate for over two decades! He decided to earn his license in 1999 and become a Realtor. In 2001 he went back to real estate school and earned his Broker’s license. Prior to that, Bill had 10+ rental properties and he learned a great deal about the rental market and how to fix up homes with his own hands. That’s been a huge value for Bill’s clients when looking at multifamily units.
Bill has extensive in-market experience, including time as a Broker-in-Charge of Regan and Company, then Hunter Rowe. Also, he has been awarded at one of the top real estate firms, Linda Craft Residential.

Getting the best price and terms for his buyers is so important to him. When Bill takes a listing he helps his sellers by sitting down, listening and coming up with a game plan to market their home and get it to closing. Bill is married to his beautiful wife Oksana and they have two amazing boys, Winter and Gray. In his past time, Bill enjoys playing soccer with Winter, chasing Gray around the house, playing volleyball with friends, landscaping the yard, and spending time with family.
