Rosalyn was born in the Dominican Republic and raised in New York City. She relocated to Raleigh, NC in the early 2000s. Rosalyn has over 20 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate multifamily asset division with a successful lease, management, and sales record. As a commercial real estate broker, her center focus includes implementing and working together in evaluating methods, which I believe are a core strength that suits the interest in obtaining an investment asset. My professional affiliation includes Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) which opens the opportunity for international buyers, investors, and sellers. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
