Since that time, he has been involved with his own development projects, acting as an independent foreclosure review consultant and assisting with deals worth tens of millions of dollars. Mr. Duffy went on to be a co-founder of Centum Real Estate Group in 2013 where he was the Broker for offices in New York and New Jersey, overseeing salespersons, and brokering commercial leases, investment properties, land acquisitions, and managing Airbnb properties in Hudson County New Jersey.
