Margarita began her real estate career in 2015 by working as a community association manager for several multifamily complexes in Miami. She later accepted an opportunity in lending as a mortgage processor which allowed her to continue helping customers move into their dream home. Margarita joined the Sweetwater Capital team focused on both Investment Sales and mortgage broker for the multifamily and retail markets.
She has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Florida International University. Margarita enjoys cycling, watching movies and theatrical performances. On her spare time, she enjoys reading about commercial real estate and politics while spending time with her family and dogs.
