Kevin comes to Sweetwater Capital as an investment sales broker after 14 years in the construction and consulting industry, most recently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. Through his experience at his last firm, Kevin has extensive knowledge in corporate leadership, negotiation, financial accounting, reporting, analysis, and management.
With expertise in the residential and commercial real estate markets, Kevin decided to focus on the commercial real estate investment transactions. In addition, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge in the residential, commercial, and federal construction industry to assist buyers and sellers with their properties and investments.
Kevin is a graduate of Hamilton College in Clinton, NY, where he majored in Economics. Kevin resides in Tampa, FL with his wife Read, daughter Emerson and son Finnegan. He is a passionate Boston sports fan and enjoys running around with his family and playing ice hockey and golf in his spare time.
