Brandon joined the Sweetwater Capital team focused on Investment Sales and Debt Financing to partner with clients to maximize asset value and grow their portfolio throughout the South East. Understanding long-term strategy and intention is just as important as market knowledge and operations.

Understanding how the built environment works as a system allows for more creative solutions to maximize the value of assets while increasing functionality to the end-users.”
Brandon studied Finance at the University of Florida and is currently working on a master’s degree in economics at the Harvard Extension School. Brandon is a member of ULI and NAIOP.
Outside of work Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, traveling, golf, cooking, and spending time outside whenever possible.
