Working with one of our favorite repeat clients, Sweetwater Capital sourced permanent financing of this newly constructed 300 unit, Class A multifamily asset. After stabilization in July 2019, the borrower was seeking high leveraged permanent financing with a long term fixed rate. Sweetwater Capital exceeded expectations, landing a loan amount of $43MM with $9.3MM in cash out. Our borrower also achieved an astounding interest rate of 4.015%, fixed for a 12 year term with interest only for the first 5 years followed by 30 year amortization for remaining term.
